We are the U-Belong team, consisting of 7 active members dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging for everyone in need. Our mission is to promote togetherness and raise mental health awareness by providing the resources necessary to navigate challenging times. We understand the importance of maintaining mental well-being, especially for those managing entrepreneurial endeavors.

 

In the past, our team has made a significant impact by hosting interactive events, such as distributing affirmative notes on Valentine's Day, and creating social media campaigns to highlight mental health-related observances. These initiatives have not only allowed us to connect with our community but also spread positivity and raise awareness about mental health.

 

Our goal for the future is to expand our outreach by developing more comprehensive support programs, including workshops, online resources, and community gatherings. We aim to create safe spaces where individuals can share their experiences, learn from one another, and access the tools needed to prioritize their mental health.
